Is the Signature Relaxation Massage a full hot stone massage?

No. Warm stones are one of several add-ons we include as a sampler, along with hot towels, aromatherapy and a foot massage. The stones are heated to a comfortable temperature, and you can ask for them cooler anytime.

Who should skip the warm stones?

Skip the heat if you’re pregnant, have diabetes-related nerve loss, a skin condition or sunburn, or a circulation problem. We can simply leave the stones out; just let us know.

Is the Signature Relaxation Massage good for sore muscles?

It is designed for relaxation, with light to medium pressure. For knots or chronic tension, try a therapeutic or deep tissue massage and ask about adding hot stones.
