Your experience begins with a brief seated consultation to assess your scalp condition, hair history, sensitivities and a digital scalp analyses is performed. From there, we personalize the products, techniques and pressure used throughout your ritual—because your Head Spa should be designed around you, not a script.

Cleanse and release
A soothing double cleanse and gentle scalp exfoliation work through the scalp in sections as warm water flows, helping lift buildup, excess oil, and impurities. As the warmth and massage settle in, tension begins to soften and relaxation takes over.

Treatment & Steam
A customized scalp and hair masque is applied and activated under gentle, soothing steam to enhance the conditioning experience. While the masque rests, your therapist transitions to a relaxing arm and shoulder massage, allowing the relaxation to continue from scalp to body.
