Will I lie on my stomach?

Yes, comfortably. Our prenatal pillow has a cutout for your belly, so you can lie face down without pressure on baby. Many moms tell us it’s the first time in months they’ve been able to lie on their stomach. Prefer to lie on your side? Just let your therapist know.

Can I add hot stones or the sauna?

We skip heat treatments like hot stones and the infrared sauna during pregnancy.

Can I bring my partner?
